Home | Copper Sheet and Foil Sheeting
One of the most versatile metals, copper is used across several industries and applications. With great conductivity, durability, flexibility, and more, copper is useful for many commercial products.
All Foils supplies copper sheeting in premium Alloy 110 and 102, with other alloys available upon request. Alloy 110 is Electrolytic Touch Pitch (ETP) copper, meaning that it has an extremely high level of electrical conductivity. It is the second-most conductive metal after silver. Alloy 102 is Oxygen Free and has the highest purity of copper alloys.
Our thin copper sheets are available in gauges/thicknesses of up to .040″ and in tempers from annealed through full hard, and rolled processes. We have the capabilities to supply the material on fiber, steel, aluminum, and plastic cores from inner diameters of 1-5/16″ to 20″.
For many years now, copper has been one of the metals significantly used in industrial and consumer products. Copper is a characteristically reddish metal of bright luster. It is a highly malleable and ductile metal, a good conductor of heat and, when very pure, a good conductor of electricity. Available in bare, hot tin dipped, and tin plated finishes, we deliver thin copper sheet solutions to service the needs of a wide range of industries, including automotive, pharmaceutical, and electrical.
Before purchasing any copper sheeting, it is vital to understand the specific strains the material will face during use. Properties to pay attention to include:
More than just offering special attention to quality and a superior record for on time delivery, All Foils remains committed to ensuring that the copper sheeting product you choose is engineered to match your exacting needs and demands. In addition to our catalogue of copper sheet products, we also offer a complete suite of processing and toll services, including printing, coating, slitting, sheeting and cleaning.
Pure copper’s melting point is 1,981℉. Its most important properties include superior heat transfer, electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance.
